Green Bean Processing
The coffee trade has taken great care to ensure their product is delivered in the best possible condition, delivering its unique flavour profile in our finished product. It is our responsibility to ensure that we handle the green coffees with care as we prepare them for roasting. Green coffees are tasted prior to shipment from origin to establish type samples. The coffee is tasted upon arrival in the country, and again upon delivery to our facility. Each cupping ensures that each origin meets our requirements and that it will deliver the best possible cup of coffee.
