Club Coffee has continually evaluated opportunities to minimize its impact on the environment in conjunction with improvements in product performance.

We have optimized the use of our flexible packaging material while maintaining shelf life performance and ensured all corrugate shippers are 100% recyclable. Our corrugate now contains 35% post consumer/industrial fiber. We use recyclable tins and labels for retail format packaging.

We have established an internal recycling program for all acceptable materials. These materials are weighed, tracked and reported to the appropriate agencies.Club Coffee has maintained a landfill diversion rate of 80+% for the last 8 years, exceeding government targets of 50%.

We have annual Industrial Hygiene Assessments for Sound & Air Quality to ensure we meet or exceed legislated requirements. We have installed an air scrubber to reduce/eliminate air pollutants. This air is diverted back into our manufacturing facility – clean enough to breath. Through active participation by the Club Coffee team and our Environmental Manager, we are continually evaluating opportunities to reduce our use of natural resources – water, electricity and natural gas.
