In addition to the successful completion of traditional annual factory audits, Club Coffee has moved forward with achieving certification under the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). This certification is required by major food retailers and we expect future compliance will be required by all levels of retail and food service operations. In December 2010, Club Coffee completed an extensive GFSI audit by BRC (British Retail Consortium), a partner in the GFSI program.
